Rhona Lake contains 2 lakeshore developments and is located in the most southernly part of the RM (Division 1), in fact the lake spreads south into the bordering municipality (RM of Three Lakes, No. 400).

Access is off of Highway 41 onto Tarnopol Road.

Fleming Subdivision was first developed in 2006 and is home to 30 lots: 14 of which are lakefront, and 16 are lakeview.  All property has been sold to private ownership.

Rhona Lake Valley Estates was developed in 2010 and is home to 95 lots:  28 of which are lakefront, and 67 are back-row lots.  More information is available on the Rhona Lake Valley Estates Developer Website as properties remain for sale by the developer (May 2024).
