In response to the above public health order wherein masking is mandatory for all employees and visitors in workplace common areas (even areas which are closed the public):
- Council Chambers is now closed to the general public
- Office remains open to the general public
- Shop remains closed to the general public
Common area: any indoor area where more than one (1) person congregates and excludes the washroom and any room (or machinery) where an individual is alone.
Under the authority of the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan for Workplaces unless provided for otherwise in a public health order, workplaces are exempt from the restriction on indoor and outdoor gathering sizes (so long as 2m distancing can be maintained).
Council Meetings will continue to be held. However, in order to adhere to Public Health Orders they will be attended by staff and Council partly in-person and partly electronically (Zoom). All Staff and Council members attending in-person are required to wear a mask at all-times.
Members of the public may attend Council Meetings electronically (Zoom) by calling the office and request the meeting ID and Password. All electronic attendees names will be recorded in order to receive the meeting information for security purposes.
Reminder, approved Meeting Minutes are posted on the Municipal > Minutes page
The office remains open to the general public. Masking and hand sanitizer are required for entry into the RM Office. A portion of the front desk is fitted with a plexiglass barrier. All staff are required to wear a mask while in any common area where social distancing (2m) is not possible.
We encourage inquiries via phone (306) 749-2852 and email where possible.
To facilitate non-contact payments options, we accept E-Transfer and Online Bank payments (with most financial institutions).
The Shop remains closed to the general public. All staff are required to wear masks while in any common area where social distancing (2m) is not possible.
Sales representatives or service technicians must adhere to the masking requirement to enter the Shop.
We thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.
